Everyone in coaching loves to use the word culture. The problem is no one has a solid definition of culture. At Iowa football we had an actual formula that we used.

Culture = (values x behavior) - tolerate

Notice the values and behaviors in ( ) and then minus what you tolerate. If you claim to be something, but allow the opposite, you do not have that culture.
