Using 1*20 Principles on The Field

Take the same principle from the weight room and apply it to the field/court.

Most of the info you want is in the video. Below will help with the classification of jumps.

Jump Terms:
Jump = double leg take off / double leg landing

Leap = single leg take off / opposite single leg landing

Hop = single leg take off / opposite single leg landing

Jop = double leg take off/ single leg landing

Reverse Jop = single leg take off/ double leg landing

Jump Directions:
Up
Forward
Backward
Right Lateral
Left Lateral
Rotational 90 degrees
Rotational 180 degrees

Jump GCT: 
Catch
Bounce
Continuous


With respect to the GPP phase, base it off how long the athletes were away from you and the document from the NSCA and CSCCa.
